Brief

Design a new experimental typographic poster in the style, structure, or attitude of your assigned posterist while addressing your assigned theme through a clear conceptual lens. This poster must not replicate the reference, but it should demonstrate an understanding of the formal logic, rhythm, typographic constructions, and compositional strategies found in the original work.

Solution

Influenced by Matej Vojtus’s work and centered around the theme of memory, this poster explores the loss of memory associated with Alzheimer’s disease. The ever-changing, complex shapes and blurred imagery reveal the inner emotional struggles experienced by both those living with the disease and those who are there to witness.
